How long is it until my closing?
- For a new home purchase, we advise starting the loan process at least 30 days in advance.
- 45-60 days in advance for a home construction loan. We help you align the closing date with your builder’s construction permit receipt to start building your home as quickly as possible.
- Refinancing usually takes only 1 or 2 weeks
